Greetings Frog Watchers:

The ninth season of monitoring for the Southwest Florida Amphibian Monitoring Network is about to begin. As before, we will monitor the third Wednesday of June – September (6/18, 7/16, 8/20, 9/17).

We will have our season kick off meeting June 14 at 9:00 AM at the Lee County Mosquito Control offices. The offices are located at 15191 Homestead Road, Lehigh Acres (http://www.lchcd.org/map2.htm). Googleing it might be a better map.

Susan Brookman was kind enough to enter the last five years worth of data. We will provide a brief update of the three county project, introduce any potentially new participants, discuss a better method for reporting the data and anything else you want to talk about.

Hope to see you all there.

John Cassani
